Complete Feedback Survey:You must complete a detailed feedback survey about the product, including how it was used and what was lacking.

Verification Process

Manual Review:Our team will manually review your refund request and the provided evidence within 7 business days.

Live Consultation:To finalize your request, you must schedule and complete a 15-minute consultation call with our team to discuss your feedback.

Additional Terms

Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are not available for:Products purchased using a discount code or during a promotional sale.
Any product where more than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Processing Fees: A 15% processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover administrative costs.

Final Decision: Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of the company. Once a decision is made, it is final and binding.

Important Notes

• Abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated refund requests or fraudulent claims, may result in a ban from future purchases.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
